Spring/Summer Checklist

✅ Check Refrigerant Levels: Ensure proper levels and look for leaks.

✅ Inspect Ductwork: Look for leaks, damage, and ensure proper insulation.

✅ Clean and Adjust Blower Components: Ensure the blower is clean and balanced.

✅ Check Thermostat Settings: Ensure the thermostat is working correctly and set to the desired temperature.

✅ Inspect Electrical Connections: Tighten connections and check for wear.

✅ Lubricate Moving Parts: Lubricate motors and other moving parts to reduce friction.

✅ Check System Controls: Ensure the system starts, operates, and shuts off correctly.

✅ Clear Drain Lines: Ensure condensate drain lines are clear to prevent water damage.

Fall/Winter Checklist
